In my oppinion this is a long overdue step. I guess that means, I can remove the quota per minute (requests per minute) limit from my project as general spam takes now place on a per channel and day basis. The quota system on the YouTube API makes now even more no sense anymore, but I don’t have big hope that they remove it.
I plan also an update for VidUp, maybe over the holiday season with the following features:
- Display of upload history of a template
- Delete all uploads but the last per template
- Alternative, more compact view of upload list
The first two points shall give a better overview up to which part videos have been uploaded. When handling multiple projects I noticed it is a bit annoying for me, because I always had to check this in YouTube Studio….
